Ingredients

Berberine hydrochloride, milk thistle fruit extract, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, black pepper fruit extract, chromium picolinate, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and to normal macronutrient metabolism.

How to take

Dosage: 3 capsules daily — 1 capsule before each main meal, with water. Capsules: transparent HPMC, size 00, vegan.

Storage

Store in a dry place below 25 °C, away from direct sunlight.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women or persons under 18. If you have diabetes or a liver disorder, or take any medication (including for blood sugar or blood pressure, anticoagulants or immunosuppressants), consult your doctor before use — berberine and piperine can affect the action of medicines. Mild digestive discomfort is possible at the start. Not a substitute for treatment. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.

Batch analysis.

Every raw-material batch comes with the supplier’s certificate of analysis — active content, heavy metals and microbiology. The finished product is analysed by an independent laboratory — the first batch, then periodically.
