Fully chelated magnesium bisglycinate (14% elemental magnesium, no oxide buffer) with vitamin B6 in its active form (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate). Three transparent vegan capsules a day, 30 days per tube.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones.
Dosage: 3 capsules daily with water, with a meal or before bed. Capsules: transparent HPMC, size 0, vegan.
