Description
Konjac glucomannan (95%) in single-dose sachets of 1 g — three a day make the 3 g at which the EU-authorised claim applies. 90 sachets, 30 days. Unflavoured; stir into a glass of water.
Per sachet: Konjac root glucomannan (95%) 1000 mg. Per daily dose (3 sachets): glucomannan 3 g.
Glucomannan in the context of an energy-restricted diet contributes to weight loss. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, together with 1–2 glasses of water, before meals.
Dosage: 1 sachet three times a day, 15–30 minutes before meals, stirred into 1–2 glasses (250–500 ml) of water. Drink immediately.
Warning of choking for people with swallowing difficulties or when ingesting with inadequate fluid intake — take with plenty of water to ensure the substance reaches the stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not for persons under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
