Description
Evening formula: magnesium bisglycinate, L-theanine and standardised ashwagandha root with zinc, vitamin B6 in its active form and 1 mg of melatonin — the dose at which the EU-authorised claim applies. Three capsules before bed, 90 capsules — 30 days per tube.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.
Dosage: 3 capsules 30–60 minutes before bedtime with water. Capsules: transparent HPMC, size 0, vegan.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women or persons under 18. May cause drowsiness — do not drive after taking. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
