Utilisation

Dosage: 4 capsules in the morning with breakfast, with water. Not in the evening. Capsules: transparent HPMC, size 0, vegan.

Contains caffeine (100 mg per daily dose). Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Do not combine with other products containing caffeine, such as Metabolic Complex. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women or persons under 18. If you take blood-thinning or blood glucose medication, consult your doctor before use. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
